Zazn Terms of Use

Zazn is an iPhone meditation app operated by Aventine Labs, LLC. For support, billing questions or legal enquiries, contact hellopalumbo@gmail.com.
Your app licence
Zazn is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. This page explains Zazn's features, purchases and content notices; it is not a replacement custom EULA. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
Free content
Zazn includes seven free guided meditations: the first meditation in each of its seven collections. The first five nature sounds and first five music tracks are also free, along with the Timer and its bells. Free content has no time limit and is not a trial. It does not require an Apple purchase, purchase verification or a Zazn account. It plays offline.
You can browse the full library, save bookmarks and create mixes using the free sounds. The full library contains 29 guided meditations, 10 nature sounds and 10 music tracks. The other 22 meditations, five nature sounds, five music tracks and dark mode require paid access through Unlock Forever or the existing-subscriber arrangements below.
Unlock Forever and restoration
Unlock Forever is an optional $4.99 USD one-time purchase that unlocks the remaining guided meditations and sounds, plus dark mode, for lifetime access. It does not renew or create a subscription. The App Store shows your local price, which may vary by country or region, and asks you to confirm a purchase before charging you.
Purchased access is linked to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Use Restore purchases in Settings to check existing purchases. A refunded or revoked purchase no longer grants paid access once Apple delivers that change; free content remains available. New purchases and restoration require access to Apple's services; previously verified paid access can work offline. Your bookmarks, preferences and saved mixes are not deleted if paid access becomes unavailable, but starting a new session with a paid meditation or sound requires verified paid access.
Apple processes payments and refund requests. For help, see Apple's refund guidance. These terms do not remove any refund or other rights required by applicable law. Reinstallation and updates depend on App Store availability and compatibility with your device.
Existing paid subscribers
Eligible existing Zazn subscribers receive lifetime access to the full library without a second payment. This applies to an Apple-verified paid monthly or annual subscription period that was active on September 16, 2026 at 21:23 UTC (3:23 PM Mountain Daylight Time), including eligible paid Family Sharing access. Periods that had ended by that time, free-trial-only access, and refunded or revoked qualifying periods do not qualify. If a qualifying paid period was later replaced by an upgrade, it remains eligible only when Apple-verified subscription history proves that the upgrade occurred after the cutoff while that period was still active. An upgrade at or before the cutoff, or an upgrade whose timing cannot be verified, does not qualify. The app uses verified Apple purchase history to confirm eligibility, including after the qualifying period ends or the app is reinstalled. Use Restore purchases if access needs to be restored.
An eligible Apple-verified paid legacy subscription period beginning after that cutoff continues to provide full access until its recorded expiration date, but does not qualify for the lifetime gift. Zazn does not offer new subscription purchases in this version.
This lifetime-access offer does not itself cancel an existing Apple subscription or stop its renewal charges. You can manage or cancel your Apple subscriptions through Apple. Contact us if you need help with your existing Zazn subscription.
Meditation and wellbeing
Zazn provides general meditation and relaxation content. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment or an emergency service, and it does not diagnose, treat or promise to cure a condition. Do not use it to replace or delay care from a qualified professional.
Use Zazn only when it is safe to relax, not while driving or operating equipment. Breathe comfortably, keep the volume comfortable, and skip an instruction or stop the session if it causes discomfort. Choose practices that suit you; results vary.
AI-generated narration
Guided meditations use original Zazn scripts and prerecorded AI-generated voices produced with ElevenLabs. They are not live sessions with a teacher or clinician. No AI service listens to you or generates personalised guidance during playback.
Credits and third-party materials
Audio, photography, fonts and icons have their own creators and licence terms, identified in Settings → Credits. Those third-party licences continue to apply to the relevant materials. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights granted to you directly under Creative Commons, the SIL Open Font License or other applicable third-party licences.
Zazn's other app software, branding and original materials remain subject to their applicable ownership and licence rights. Inclusion of a creator's work does not imply that the creator endorses Zazn.
Privacy and support
Our Privacy Policy is available in Settings and on our website. Meditation content and preferences are stored locally; optional email support and Apple services are explained in that policy.
