Zazn Terms of Use

Your app licence

Zazn is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. This page explains Zazn's features, purchases and content notices; it is not a replacement custom EULA. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

The free trial

The optional trial provides seven days of full access from the original trial transaction confirmed by Apple. It does not renew, convert into a subscription or automatically charge you. Restoring purchases or reinstalling the app does not start a new trial.

When the trial ends, starting new meditations and using audio previews or the sound mixer require Unlock Forever. A meditation already in progress can finish. Your saved bookmarks, preferences and mixes remain on your device and can still be viewed.

Unlock Forever and restoration

Unlock Forever is a one-time purchase that unlocks Zazn's timer, guided meditations and sound library. There is no recurring subscription. The App Store shows your local price and asks you to confirm a purchase before charging you.

Access is linked to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Use Restore purchases in Settings to check existing purchases. A refunded or revoked purchase no longer grants access once Apple delivers that change. New purchases and restoration require access to Apple's services; previously verified access can work offline.

Apple processes payments and refund requests. For help, see Apple's refund guidance. These terms do not remove any refund or other rights required by applicable law. Reinstallation and updates depend on App Store availability and compatibility with your device.

Meditation and wellbeing

Zazn provides general meditation and relaxation content. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment or an emergency service, and it does not diagnose, treat or promise to cure a condition. Do not use it to replace or delay care from a qualified professional.

Use Zazn only when it is safe to relax, not while driving or operating equipment. Breathe comfortably, keep the volume comfortable, and skip an instruction or stop the session if it causes discomfort. Choose practices that suit you; results vary.

AI-generated narration

Guided meditations use original Zazn scripts and prerecorded AI-generated voices produced with ElevenLabs. They are not live sessions with a teacher or clinician. No AI service listens to you or generates personalised guidance during playback.

Credits and third-party materials

Audio, photography, fonts and icons have their own creators and licence terms, identified in Settings → Credits. Those third-party licences continue to apply to the relevant materials. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights granted to you directly under Creative Commons, the SIL Open Font License or other applicable third-party licences.

Zazn's other app software, branding and original materials remain subject to their applicable ownership and licence rights. Inclusion of a creator's work does not imply that the creator endorses Zazn.

Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy is available in Settings and from the purchase sheet. Meditation content and preferences are stored locally; optional email support and Apple services are explained in that policy.
